Warriors!

Here's the info from Dunsinane for 11 and up Champs for tonight! Please arrive by 4:45pm, coaches at 4:30pm. We will have a Woodhaven check in person for athletes. 

If there are any issues with heat sheets, please let me know ASAP, we are unable to make changes, but can likely scratch if needed. 

We also still need timers for tonight (we're begging at this point!) Please text me if you are able to help! 352-362-9291.

Warm-Ups:

WHSC will warmup at 5:15pm in lanes 4-6. 

Schedule for the night:

• 4:10 – Pool doors will open
• 5:30 – Officials Meeting / Timers Meeting with Head Timer
• 5:45 – Warm-ups end
• 5:50 – National Anthem
• 6:00 – Meet Start

Parking:

• Additional handicapped parking spaces will be designated in the main lot
• Please follow parking volunteers’ directions upon arrival
• Additional parking is available on the back side of the pool, and the back gate will be open for a shorter walk

Volunteers:

• Have all volunteers check-in on arrival at our volunteer check in area

Team Areas:

• Team seating areas are assigned (see attached map)
• Families can bring tents, chairs, and coolers (no glass)

Concessions

• Grill items, Chick-fil-A, and bake sale items will be available
• Concessions accept cash and credit cards
• Bake sale accepts cash and Venmo only
• Please note: we are unable to accept bills larger than $20

Coolers

• Coolers are permitted but subject to inspection
• No glass containers are allowed in the pool area
