Practices

• Morning practices are rarely canceled to due inclement weather.
• The team will meet under our shelter on these days for dry land exercises and other activities.
• If WHSC is closed to due weather-related conditions, practice will be canceled.
• During morning practice, if storms are in the area, affected age group practices may be canceled.
• We will do our best to send emails and/or update the website regarding cancelation/delays.

Meets

• Meets will not be canceled prior to start time.
• Meets are also rarely canceled.
• In the event lightning and/or thunder are sighted or heard in the vicinity of the host pool, a 20-30 minute delay is required.
• The total amount of delay time should not exceed one hour. Please arrive at the host pool at the scheduled warm-up time, regardless of the weather if you have not heard from our team coaches.
