Great job battling the heat this week, Warriors. I'm so proud of every single one of you; parents, coaches, and athletes, and especially our amazing volunteers this week, showing up during the hottest week of the season so far. 

There are just a few updates regarding the schedule for the rest of the season. 

Tonight, Wednesday 7/1: Dive Championships are tonight at Woodhaven Centerville! Warmups are at 5pm, with the meet starting at 6pm. Kona ice will be coming, so bring those cups! Our ridiculously amazing Grill Crew is back at it again tonight, turning out meal after meal! Burgers, hot dogs, swim club chicken, and jalapeno sausages are on the menu for tonight. Even if you aren't on dive team, come support your Warrior Divers, grab some kona and a dog, and enjoy the evening cooling off at the pool! 

Tomorrow, Thursday 7/2: Triathlon day! There is no actual practice tomorrow, as we are hosting the first annual Warrior Classic. Gates will open at 8:30am, the parking lot closes at 9:20am, with a shotgun start at 9:30am. 

- Deadline for Championship entries is tomorrow by NOON. Please make sure you've declared your swimmers, as we will not be able to make adjustments after this. 

Old scratch fundraiser tomorrow night from 4-8pm. Make sure you grab some pizza and tell them you're with Woodhaven! We had a fantastic turnout for the Loose Ends takeover, lets show Old Scratch Pizza how much Warrior Pride we have! 

Friday 7/3: FUN FRIDAY! It's our last swim and dive Fun Friday of the year! We will have popsicles, and lots of games! 

Monday 7/6: 11 and up championships at Dunsinane. I'll send out warmup and arrival times soon as we finalize league details. 

Tuesday 7/7: 10 and under championships at Woodhaven! Our last home event of the season, lets go out with a bang! I'll have all times setup as soon as we finalize league details.

Wednesday 7/8: END OF SEASON BANQUET!  This is an update to the original date of Thursday as there was a shelter conflict on Thursday, and we already had that date ear marked as a rain date for champs. More details are coming for the banquet next week, but plan on bringing a side dish to share (NO GLASS PLEASE!). Parents, wear your suits, we hope to have some parent vs kids relays, and diving contests. 

There are a few volunteer shifts left up for grabs if you still need to get some shifts done. We need some shifts on Champs, and there's a few extra hands needed for banquet setup and clean up. Thank you again to all of your help this season, you've all made it an incredible year.
