You are receiving this email because your family participated in the 2025 Swim & Dive Teams at Woodhaven Swim and Tennis Club. Currently, only 115 of our 278 returning swimmers have registered in SwimTopia for this year’s season.

We know there are many factors that affect your family’s decision about summer swim team, but we truly hope to see you back on the pool deck this summer!

If you are already registered — or even if you’re still deciding — join us for our Summer Swim Kickoff THIS WEDNESDAY at 6:30 PM at the Woodhaven Shelter.

This is a great opportunity to:
🏊 Meet the coaching staff
🤿 Ask questions about the season
🙋 Learn about volunteer opportunities
☀️ Connect with fellow swim and dive families

And… we’ll have Rainbow Ice for the swimmers!

If you haven’t already done so, we need all Swim & Dive families to complete registration in SwimTopia for the 2026 season. Registration is quick and helps ensure:
• Your swimmer is placed correctly
• You receive all team communications
• You can access the SwimTopia mobile app for push notifications, meet updates, and heat/event information

If you have already registered for Woodhaven but have not yet completed Swim & Dive registration, please take a few minutes to do so as soon as possible.
